As our bodies need exercise for fitness and so is the matter with our eyes. Our eyes need regular exercise in order to keep them healthy, just like any other muscle in the body. The thing is, we take it for granted that our eyes will eventually give up on us and we will eventually need glasses or contact lenses. This doesn’t have to be the case if you regularly exercise your eyes. Also, if you start wearing glasses or contact lenses your eyesight will only get worse over time rather than get better as your eyes get used to the new lense and need even stronger lenses to function properly.   • Roll your eyes start from the floor and then move clockwise to ceiling do the same for 10 times
  • Do Massage your temples 10 times clock wise and ten time anti clockwise

In the early morning and evening, when Sun is rising or setting, go under the sunshine and turn your face towards the sun. Now close your eyes and turn your head towards the right side, stay still for 5 seconds then return to facing the sun and then turn your face toward the left side with your eyes still closed wait for 5 seconds and then return to facing the sun, repeat this process 3 times. It will give energy to your eyes and your eyesight will start improving gradually if you do it regularly.

Dip two clean cotton balls in rosewater and place them on the eyes for 10 - 15 minutes to clean the eyes. Rose water can be used as eye drops. If your eyes are red, inflammatory then apply the 2-3 drops of rosewater on each eye. Lie down and close the eyes for about 10 minutes to get max results. Then your eyes are cooling and relaxing.

Cucumber Treatment

Cucumber is used as an eye treatment, grab a cold cucumber from the refrigerator and cut two thick slices. Find a comfortable place to relax and set the cucumber over your closed eyes for about 10 to 15 minutes. This will help in relaxing and cooling your eyes.
